Our engagement with COSM began in the year 2018 in the process of creating a 2 day program anchored around building successful partnerships. A few things that stood out for us in the journey were the rigor, involvement and partnership approach adopted by COSM. Each aspect of the program was thoroughly crafted with activities designed to best suit our audience . Our feedback too was seamlessly incorporated into the program design and delivery. The resulting program was well appreciated and led to further engagements in similar domain. I had requested Himanshu to conduct a leadership development programme with my direct reports. We had a very good experience and the session was greatly appreciated by the leaders. The session was facilitated very well by Himanshu who helped the group open up and bond as a team. The session enabled better team understanding, appreciation of each other’s leadership styles and allowed for feedback to be given and received in a safe non-threatening environment.
