COSM is born out of a prolonged tryst with the challenges and experience of developing more than 10500 leaders across industries and context, that led to exploration of following questions:

Why some organization become ‘built to last’, and others lose their way, enroute?
Why some leaders are able to create an impact far beyond measure?
What inspired and enabled them to think in a non-linear and exponential manner?
What made their pursuits so relentless and decisive?
What was their pattern of thinking and discipline of implementing?
